Welcome to the official website of the Delta Psi Sigma Chapter. We’re thrilled you’re here and are excited to show you what our chapter is all about. Take a look around our website to learn about our outstanding members, philanthropy efforts, social activities, and everything you need to know about the recruitment process.
Delta Psi Sigma continues to preserve the sorority’s motto of “Greater Service, Greater Progress” in Seattle and surrounding areas. The chapter is an active member of the Seattle National Pan-Hellenic Council and has collaborated with various community organizations in the Seattle area.
Our chapter has partnered with Treehouse, March of Dimes, Washington State Diabetes Association, YWCA, Seattle Rotary Club, and Church by the Side of the Road. We offer activities that are a part of the sorority’s national programming: Operation BigBookBag, St. Jude's Walk/Run, Women's Wellness Initiatives, Youth Symposium, and Swim 1922. We look forward to expanding community partnerships in Seattle as the area continues to grow.
Our chapter currently mentors young ladies ages 8-11 in our Rhosebud Club, and 12-18 in our Rhoer Club, affiliates of Sigma Gamma Rho, Inc. The Rhosebud and Rhoer Clubs provide the girls with an opportunity to learn more about their heritage, develop leadership skills, and volunteer in their community. The affiliates exhibit leadership skills in planning their own fundraisers, service, and social activities.
We have many events planned for the upcoming year. Delta Psi Sigma looks forward to doing what we do best which is providing service to the Seattle area. We would not be able to sustain our founder’s dream without the support of those who believe in our organization.
