The Seattle Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., in partnership with The Delta Psi Sigma Foundation, proudly presents our 2026 Youth Symposium: Choosing Me — a free youth empowerment event in Seattle.

This free, one-day empowerment experience is designed for youth ages 12–18 and will take place on Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Empowering Youth & Families Outreach in Seattle.

Students will rotate through interactive workshops focused on:

• Leadership & Advocacy
• Entrepreneurship
• Financial & Life Decision-Making
• Self-Care & Wellness
• Mindfulness & Mental Health
• Life After High School

Lunch is provided. Space is limited.

What Students Will Experience

Students will rotate through all interactive workshops throughout the day, gaining real-life tools and confidence in a structured, supportive environment.
